Job summary

JH WAREHOUSE (S) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring a Warehouse Associate to perform day-to-day warehouse operations, receive and inspect cargo, label and store goods, and ensure accurate picking, packing and shipment preparation.

Working hours are five days a week, 09:00 to 18:00. Basic salary ranges from S$1,800 to S$2,300 monthly, with VB and AWS. The role offers benefits including a performance incentive, dental allowances and medical coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level or ‘O’ Level qualification.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling and physical work.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Able to work independently and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure all activities are carried out safely, accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with company procedures.
• Receive, inspect, label and properly store incoming cargo at the designated storage locations.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders accurately for shipment and delivery.
• Perform loading and unloading of goods, including the proper handling and movement of cargo within the warehouse.
• Conduct periodic cycle counts and participate in the annual stock take to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Ensure proper handling, storage and movement of goods to minimize damage and discrepancies.
• Assist in maintaining accurate warehouse and inventory records.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as reasonably assigned.
