Job summary

TALENT-MERGE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Operator to oversee daily warehouse activities in Singapore, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of equipment and parts.

You will monitor stock levels, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with service engineers and internal teams to ensure timely preparation for service assignments. Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related.
• At least 2 years of relevant warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, or supply chain experience.
• Proficient with Excel; ERP/WMS experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, issuance, and dispatch of equipment, spare parts, tools, and materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records to ensure sufficient availability of items.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing goods by verifying quantities, specifications, condition, and supporting documentation.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliation, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Organise storage locations and inventory classifications to improve traceability, accessibility, and space utilisation.
• Coordinate with service engineers, logistics, purchasing, and internal teams to ensure timely preparation for service assignments.
• Maintain documentation for stock receipts, issuances, transfers, returns, deliveries, and other inventory transactions.
• Monitor condition of stored equipment and arrange handling or corrective action for damaged items.
• Support improvements to warehouse procedures, inventory controls, housekeeping, and safety practices.
• Prepare inventory reports and stock movement updates while ensuring compliance with procedures.

Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. At least 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, or supply chain functions.
3. Good knowledge of inventory control, stocktaking, goods receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and warehouse documentation.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with experience using ERP, inventory, or warehouse management systems being advantageous.
5. Organised and detail-oriented with good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment.
