Job summary

TEE YIH JIA FOOD MANUFACTURING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor responsible for material planning, forecasting, and warehouse operations. You will oversee inventory accuracy, coordinate inbound/outbound activities, and manage a team of warehouse personnel at 5 Senoko Road.

The role requires daily inventory planning, space optimization, and reporting. You will investigate discrepancies, analyze errors, maintain safe work practices, and ensure the warehouse can handle

Job description

• Formulating strategies and policies to reach the organization's objectives
• Responsible for Material Planning requirements and forecasting
• Responsible for Warehouse Inventory forecasting
• Responsible for inventory control accuracy, stock replenishment, capacity planning, timely processing of all inbound and outbound activities
• Maintain reliable and accurate stock records in the system
• Manage warehouse operations while supervising a team of warehouse personnel
• Daily planning and control of inventories and warehouse space
• Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies and recommend for improvement
• Conduct analysis of errors made in warehouse operations and identify root causes
• Manage warehouse inventory reports/other warehouse reports
• Demonstrate full understanding of safe work practices and procedures
• Candidate must be able to withstand temperatures as low as -18 degrees Celsius when going in and out of the warehouse to resolve issues when required

Work Location: 5 Senoko Road

Day Shift: 5.5 days workweek

Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm

Sat or Sun 8am - 12pm

Mid Shift: 5.5 days workweek

Mon-Fri 12:00pm - 9:00pm

Sat or Sun 12:00pm - 4:00pm

Night Shift: 5 days workweek

Mon to Sun, 9pm to 7am
