Job summary

ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a warehouse associate to manage data entry in the WMS, coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, and support stock audits. The role requires a GCE O-Level with 2 years of warehouse experience and proficiency in MS Office.

Experience with VNA, stackers or forklifts is a plus. The position features rotating 5.5 day shifts and an attractive remuneration package. Successful candidates will maintain accurate records, respond to inquiries, and perform daily

Qualifications

• GCE 'O' Level education with at least 2 years of hands-on warehouse experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word).
• Experience with VNA, stackers or forklifts is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Record daily warehouse operational dates into the WMS / Inventory System accurately and promptly to keep records up to date.
• Respond to customer inquiries and follow up consistently to resolve requests.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipment schedules with customers to ensure timely delivery and dispatch.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts as well as monthly and annual stock audits.
• Maintain structured files for warehouse documentation and keep accurate servicing records for equipment.
• Perform daily picking, packing, and transportation arrangements.
• Execute additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
