Job summary

Tag Espresso Private Limited is seeking a diligent warehouse associate to support daily operations in Singapore. You will pick, pack and prepare orders, receive goods, organize stock and ensure FIFO rotations are followed to maintain inventory accuracy.

We value individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, able to lift and move goods, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. Basic computer skills and inventory record-keeping are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or inventory experience is preferred.
• Able to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving goods.
• Basic computer and inventory record-keeping skills.
• Organised, reliable and attentive to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately
• Receive incoming goods and check quantities and condition
• Organize stock and maintain a clean, safe warehouse
• Follow First-In, First-Out (FIFO) stock rotation procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and arrange stock replenishment
• Conduct regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies
• Coordinate deliveries, collections and daily warehouse operations
