Job summary

Richport Technology Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, check and verify incoming goods against delivery documentation and warehouse records, and to organize stock in designated locations following safety guidelines. You will perform picking and packing, prepare orders for shipment per sales orders, and scan and record inventory movements using warehouse management systems.

You will maintain accurate stock counts, aid with audits, and operate forklift and pallet jacks safely,

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and verify incoming goods against delivery documentation and warehouse records
• Organise and store products in designated warehouse locations, adhering to safety protocols and storage guidelines
• Perform picking, packing and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with sales order and customer requirements
• Scan and record inventory movements using warehouse management systems and equipment
• Maintain accurate stock records and assist with regular inventory counts and audits
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, reach truck, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organised and free from hazards to ensure a safe working environment
• Assist with general housekeeping duties and maintain compliance with health and safety standards
• Support the warehouse team with ad hoc tasks and projects as required
