Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in warehousing/logistics, ideally with exposure to the construction sector.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Immediate availability or the ability to start on short notice is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, count and stock physical inventory in the warehouse.
• Pick and pack items accurately according to the Delivery order form and packing guidelines.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment; keep shelves and workstations neat.
• Organize the warehouse and work area; tag stocks and ensure orderliness.
• Perform bi-annually stock takes on all products in the warehouse.
• Monitor stock accuracy and record all stock movements diligently.

About the role

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to manage our daily warehouse operations. In this role, you will handle end-to-end inventory management for our specialized door products, hardware, and accessories. You will ensure flawless order fulfillment according to delivery specifications, handle physical stock with care, and maintain a highly organized and safe workspace. The ideal candidate brings strong logistical experience, computer proficiency, and a background supporting the door manufacturing, distribution, or construction sector.

Job Description:

• Receive, unload, count and stock physical inventory in the warehouse

• Pick and pack items accurately according to the Delivery order form and specified packing guidelines

• Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, inventory spaces and workstation neat, including sweeping and vacuuming

• Organize the warehouse and work area, tag stocks and ensure orderliness at all times

• Perform bi-annually stock takes on all products in the warehouse

• Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring physical stock align with the inventory management system and record all stock movements diligently

Our Requirement:
