Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is looking for a reliable individual to manage daily warehouse and office operations in Singapore. The role involves maintaining accurate documentation and records of inventory, as well as supporting additional tasks assigned by management.

A valid ForkLift License is required, and candidates must be able to commit to an alternate Saturday work arrangement. If you possess organizational skills and are proficient in responding to customer inquiries, we'd like to hear from you.

• Able to commit to Alt Sat work arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse and office operations.
• Establish and enforce proper labeling and classification systems.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all incoming and outgoing goods.
• Maintain precise records of inventory levels, stock movement, and related transactions.
• Perform tasks such as stuffing, unstuffing, crating, packing, and other similar duties.
• Support additional tasks as delegated by the supervisor or management.
• Respond to customer and email inquiries professionally.
