Job summary

SG SAGAWA AMEROID PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to manage data entry in WMS and inventory records. You will assist with inbound/outbound shipments, respond to customer enquiries, and help with cycle counts and shipping permits.

The role requires 2+ years in a warehouse environment and proficiency with Microsoft Office; WMS experience is preferred. This position is based in Singapore and on-site.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least O levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel and Word; experience with WMS preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Key in warehouse operation dates into the WMS/Inventory System accurately and up-to-date daily.
• Respond to and follow up on enquiries by customers.
• Coordinate with customers on inbound/outbound shipments and ensure schedules are met.
• Perform weekly cycle counts and monthly or yearly inventory counts.
• Apply for shipping permits.
• File warehouse documents and servicing records; manage equipment records.
• Daily pick, pack and transportation arrangements.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned.

Working Days: 5.5 Days

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 08:30am - 17:30pm

Saturday: 08:30am - 12:30pm

Duties and Responsibilities

• To key in warehouse operation date into the Warehouse Management System/Inventory System accurately and timely. Keep the WMS system up to date on a daily basis.
• To respond and follow up on enquiries by customers.
• To coordinate with all customers on the inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring all schedules are met.
• To perform and support weekly cycle count, monthly or yearly inventory count.
• To apply for shipping permit.
• To have proper filing of warehouse documentations, as well as handing equipment servicing records etc.
• To perform daily pick, pack and transportation arrangements.
• To perform any other tasks assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Must possess at least O levels
• Should be proficient in using Microsoft Office, Excel and Word and experience in WMS (Preferred)
• Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in a warehouse environment.
