Job summary

Bok Seng Logistics Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations in Singapore. You will coordinate inbound and outbound activities, prepare and check documents, and ensure accurate updating of WMS and inventory records.

You will liaise with customers, transporters and drivers while monitoring shipment status and supporting counts. The role requires 1–3 years of experience, basic warehouse knowledge and proficiency in WMS and Office tools.

Qualifications

• GCE 'A' Level or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Familiar with WMS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound warehouse activities.
• Prepare, check and maintain receiving, delivery and collection documents.
• Update WMS and inventory records accurately and promptly.
• Liaise with customers, transporters, drivers and internal warehouse teams.
• Monitor shipment, collection and delivery status.
• Support stock counts, cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Report stock discrepancies, damages or operational issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain proper filing of warehouse and customer documentation.
• Prepare basic operational and inventory reports when required.
• Ensure warehouse activities follow company procedures, safety and customer requirements.
• Perform other warehouse administrative and operational duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager or Supervisor.

Working Condition

• Monday to Friday: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
• Alternate Saturday: 8.30 am to 12.30 pm
• Warehouse-based role involving regular coordination with warehouse operators, drivers, transporters and customers.
