Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive Warehouse Administrator to support daily operations. You'll perform data entry in the WMS, process transactions, and update records while coordinating with the Operations team to meet inbound and outbound timelines.

You will communicate with customers by email and phone, verify billing summaries against documents, report irregularities, and maintain accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry, processing, transactions and updates in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and/or customer systems.
• Communicate with customers via email and telephone regarding daily operational matters.
• Verify billing summaries against supporting operational documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
• Coordinate closely with the Operations team to arrange and monitor inbound and outbound activities within the required timelines.
• Monitor operational activities and follow up on outstanding matters where necessary.
• Promptly report any irregularities, discrepancies, operational issues or customer escalations to the direct supervisor.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
