Job summary

Supply Technologies in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to receive, store and distribute goods, ensuring the warehouse runs efficiently and accurately.

You will handle shipments, inspect documents, update systems, perform cycle counts, and support general warehouse operations, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N or O level or 2 years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Able to communicate effectively.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Comfortable lifting and handling goods up to 15kg and maneuvering on using pallets jets.

Responsibilities

• Receive and simple inspect for incoming materials and store materials in the correct warehouse locations.
• Check shipping documents against the physical goods to spot discrepancies and report issues to QC or Purchasing.
• Prepare outbound orders with proper system updates and documentation.
• Replenish stock in clean room environment.
• Perform monthly cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
• Maintain basic housekeeping of the warehouse (5S).
• Ensure all inventory transactions are updated in the system.
• Provide clerical support for warehouse operations and take on other duties as directed.

Job description

In the role of Warehouse Assistant at Supply Technologies, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing goods in a warehouse setting. The Warehouse Assistant will ensure the warehouse is organized and operates efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and simple inspect for incoming materials and store materials in the correct warehouse locations.
• check shipping documents against the physical goods to spot any discrepancies, Report any issues to QC, Purchasing, for follow-up.
• Prepare Outbound orders, ensuring proper system updates, documentation, and physical transfers.
• Required to replenish stock in clean room environment.(Candyman Job)
• performing Monthly cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
• Maintain basic housekeeping of the warehouse.(5S)
• Ensure all inventory transactions (Goods Received Note, Goods Issued Note, and Stock Adjustment Note) are updated on time to maintain stock accuracy in the system.
• Provide clerical support for warehouse operations. Any other duties as directed by the supervisor or Manager.
• Willing to work overtime if needed.
