Job summary

KX Technologies Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Singapore to handle daily warehouse duties, issue GR forms, perform system transactions, and support QA with sample handovers.

The role requires a valid forklift license, basic computer skills, and the ability to work independently in a high-volume environment. Responsibilities include receiving and arranging shipments, container loading/unloading, picking and packing, and maintaining a clean, organized 6S warehouse.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE “N” level or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid Forklift License.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Words/Email).
• Preferably 1 year of work experience in logistics/warehouse.
• Able to work independently in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse duties (receiving/issuing/releasing goods).
• Issue Good Received (GR) Form for all incoming materials.
• Perform system transactions.
• Extract samples from raw materials and hand over to QA for inspection.
• Receive, check and arrange incoming shipments/materials.
• Container loading / release cargo against Job Order via FCL / LCL / AIR.
• Container unloading / receive cargo against supplier’s PL via FCL / LCL / AIR.
• Pick & Pack of finished goods or materials requested by customer.
• Maintain good 6S of Warehouse at all times.
• Raise Purchase Requisitions for indirect materials for warehouse.
• Perform monthly cycle count & annual physical count.
• Disposal of scraps materials from obsolete & MRB location.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.
