Job summary

Shopee Singapore is seeking a warehouse quality control assistant to perform parcel random checks, ensure SOP adherence, and report quality issues to the supervisor. You will assist in basic investigations and identify recurring errors to prevent future problems.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 months in warehouse, logistics or e‑commerce, are comfortable in a warehouse environment, and can lift up to 15 kg. Proficiency with WMS and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Secondary School education or NITEC in Supply Chain Management or related disciplines.
• At least 3 months of experience in warehouse, logistics, e-commerce, or a related environment is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
• Good attention to detail and able to identify errors or discrepancies.
• Basic problem-solving skills and able to follow up on operational issues.
• Good computer literacy and comfortable using warehouse systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to carry items of up to 15kg when required.
• Able to work on a 5-day shift schedule, including weekends.
• Inventory experience in logistics or e-commerce operations will be an advantage.
