Job summary

A leading logistics provider in Singapore is seeking a diligent individual to manage warehouse operations. Responsibilities include utilizing the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for day-to-day operations, ensuring picking and inventory accuracy, and handling forklift operations. The position requires working 5 days a week in a rotating shift pattern, including weekends and public holidays. Ideal candidates must be detail-oriented and capable of executing tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job description

Grocery Logistics Singapore (GLS) a wholly owned subsidiary of FairPrice Group Supply Chain, is a well-established logistics player in the Fast Moving Consumers Goods (FMCG) segment, incorporated since January 1993. Other than being the key logistics provider for NTUC FairPrice and its subsidiaries, we had serviced the Dairy Farm Group, Royal Ahold Group (since exited from Singapore Markets) and many small supermarket chains since our establishment.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to support daily warehouse operations
• Executing day-to-day inbound (Receiving, Put-Away, RSTO)
• Executing day-to-day outbound operations (Picking, Packing, QC and Despatch)
• Executing cycle counting, mid-term stock-take and yearly stock-take
• Any other adhoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

• Responsible to operate a forklift
• Responsible for picking accuracy
• Responsible for inventory accuracy
• Responsible to ensure that day-to-day task assigned by the supervisor are being executed
