• Operate warehouse equipment safely if trained.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and Inspection:
  • Unload incoming shipments and verify contents against delivery notes or purchase orders.
  • Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies.
• Storage and Organization:
  • Place items in designated storage locations following warehouse layout and labeling system.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Order Fulfillment:
  • Pick and pack items according to orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare goods for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
• Inventory Management:
  • Assist with stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
  • Update inventory records accurately in the system.
• Equipment and Safety:
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and trolleys safely (if trained).
  • Follow safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents.
• General Support:
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
  • Support other warehouse staff in daily operations.
