Job summary

EDUCARE HUMAN CAPITAL PRIVATE LIMITED is assisting a logistics client in expanding their Warehouse Team. The role is on-site at Jurong or Woodlands, with shift options and a salary range of SGD 2,000–2,800 plus performance bonus and benefits.

The successful candidate will handle daily warehouse tasks, inventory control, and order preparation, using ERP/WMS like SAP, and must be comfortable working at height and with various material handling equipment.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of freight booking processes and related logistics systems.
• Proficient in ERP/WMS (SAP) for inventory and order management.
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in the Logistics Industry.
• Pallet Jack, Reach Truck or Stacker experience preferred.
• Comfortable working at height.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, sorting, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure accurate handling, labelling, and storage of inventory in accordance with company procedures.
• Update and maintain inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or SAP.
• Conduct stock checks, cycle counts, and assist in inventory reconciliation when required.
• Prepare orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Load and unload goods safely and efficiently, following workplace safety guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Support other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned to meet operational requirements.

Our Client is a Logistics 3PL MNC looking to expand their Warehouse Team to support their growing business.

Working Hours: 8am to 8pm or 8pm to 8am Shift
Working Location: Jurong or Woodlands (Shuttle Bus available at selected MRT Stations)

This is a permanent role directly with our client.

Salary from $2000 to $2800 with Performance Bonus and Benefits
