Job summary

EduCare Specialist Services is assisting a Logistics 3PL MNC to expand its Warehouse Team in Singapore. This permanent role involves daily inbound/outbound warehouse operations, using SAP/WMS, and ensuring accurate inventory handling.

Shifts available: 8am–8pm or 8pm–8am. Location: Jurong or Woodlands with shuttle bus service. Salary SGD 2,000–2,800 monthly with performance bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of freight booking processes and related logistics systems.
• Proficient in using ERP and WMS such as SAP for inventory and order management.
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in the Logistics Industry.
• Pallet Jack, Reach Truck or Stacker experience preferred.
• Comfortable working at height.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, sorting and dispatching goods.
• Ensure accurate handling, labelling and storage of inventory per procedures.
• Update and maintain inventory records using WMS or SAP.
• Conduct stock checks, cycle counts and assist in reconciliation.
• Prepare orders for shipment ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Load and unload goods safely following safety guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation and compliance with standards.
• Support other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.

Our Client is a Logistics 3PL MNC looking to expand their Warehouse Team to support their growing business.

Working Hours: 8am to 8pm or 8pm to 8am Shift

Working Location: Jurong or Woodlands (Shuttle Bus available at selected MRT Stations)

This is a permanent role directly with our client.

Salary from $2000 to $2800 with Performance Bonus and Benefits

Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, sorting, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure accurate handling, labelling, and storage of inventory in accordance with company procedures.
• Update and maintain inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or SAP.
• Conduct stock checks, cycle counts, and assist in inventory reconciliation when required.
• Prepare orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Load and unload goods safely and efficiently, following workplace safety guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Support other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned to meet operational requirements.
