Job summary

EDUCARE HUMAN CAPITAL PRIVATE LIMITED represents a Logistics 3PL MNC recruiting for a Warehouse Operations role. Working hours are 8am–8pm or 8pm–8am, with locations in Jurong or Woodlands and shuttle bus available at selected MRT stations. This is a permanent role directly with our client.

Qualifications

• Possess a good understanding of freight booking processes and related logistics systems.
• Proficient in using ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), such as SAP, for inventory and order management.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in the Logistics Industry.
• Pallet Jack, Reach Truck or Stacker experience preferred.
• Comfortable working at height.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, sorting, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure accurate handling, labelling, and storage of inventory in accordance with company procedures.
• Update and maintain inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or SAP.
• Conduct stock checks, cycle counts, and assist in inventory reconciliation when required.
• Prepare orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Load and unload goods safely and efficiently, following workplace safety guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Support other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned to meet operational requirements.
