Job summary

iHub Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Associate to accurately pick, pack and dispatch orders according to SOPs, and to assist with inventory management. You will operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and scanners, handle returns and labeling, and support supervisors to maintain a safe, organised warehouse.

This role requires a minimum PSLE/O-Level, at least 1 year in warehousing, independence, and a willingness to work Monday to Friday with alternating

Qualifications

• Minimum PSLE, CGE ‘O’ Level or above.
• Minimum one (1) year experience in warehousing / logistics environment
• Self-motivated and committed
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and with sense of urgency
• Forklift license will be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking, packing and dispatching orders according to SOPs.
• Assisting with inventory management, including stock checks and cycle counts
• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and scanners
• Handle returns, labeling, and other assigned warehousing tasks
• Provide support to the Supervisors and other team members.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment
• Provide on-site operational and administrative support at Changi by managing shipment documentation, coordinating cargo release activities, supporting transport operations, and resolving operational issues to ensure seamless customer service and business continuity.
