Job summary

SILICON BOX PTE. LTD. is hiring for a warehouse associate to ensure efficient, safe warehousing activities and accurate inventory control. You will receive, unpack, inspect shipments, and coordinate with IQA for material receipt.

The role requires at least 2 years in manufacturing or warehouse settings, a forklift license, and the ability to work in shifts. Candidates should be physically capable of lifting heavy items and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in manufacturing or warehousing roles.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Able to operate basic warehouse equipment and follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse activities are carried out efficiently and comply with safety standard guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal department on the IQA inspection & ensure materials are received correctly.
• Receive, unpack, and check incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness.
• Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and locations.
• Conduct periodic inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
• Assist in other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Levels qualifications.
• Min. 2 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing industry.
• Team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse procedures and equipment.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
• Possess Forklift license.
• Able to work in shifts (Morning & Night Shift).
