Job summary

HITEC SOURCING PTE. LTD. is seeking a warehouse associate in Singapore to receive, inspect, and document incoming goods, and to assist with proper storage and retrieval of inventory. The role requires a proactive attitude and good physical fitness.

You will perform regular stock-taking, prepare orders for dispatch, maintain a safe and tidy warehouse, and collaborate with the logistics team to optimise processes for timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum O-level.
• Good physical fitness and stamina for manual handling.
• A positive & proactive attitude.

• Receive, inspect, and accurately document incoming goods and materials
• Assist with the proper storage and retrieval of inventory items according to established procedures
• Perform regular stock-taking and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Prepare orders for dispatching and ensure timely delivery to customers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
• Collaborate with the wider logistics team to optimise warehouse processes
