Job summary

AMPHENOL FCI CONNECTORS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle issuing and receiving of raw materials and finished goods, and to maintain accurate packing and shipping documents.

You will perform basic QAD system operations, scan goods in/out, and carry out warehouse duties including cycle counts, production scheduling support, and general housekeeping. The role requires a meticulous team player able to work shift rotation if required.

Qualifications

• GCE N’ levels or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse/supply chain management is advantageous.
• Packing 4-12kg finished goods.
• Meticulous and willing to learn.
• Basic computer knowledge and good with figures.
• Able to handle electric stacker and pallet jacks.
• Strong team player.
• Able to work shift rotation (if any).

Responsibilities

• Complete all transactions within 24 hours.
• Perform warehouse duty of receiving, checking, retrieving, loading & unloading, repacking.
• Ensure packing quantity and shipping document accuracy.
• Perform raw material preparation for production.
• Perform cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Perform production schedule.
• Ensure the warehouse premises are neat and clean.
• Other ad-hoc warehouse responsibilities.

Job description

Perform issuing and receiving of raw materials, finished goods. And documentation for finish goods of outgoing shipments, receiving and general housekeeping/materials handling. Perform basic knowledge to use QAD system and Scanning good part IN / OUT from system. The person is expected to carry out ad hoc duties given by the production supervisor.
