Job summary

Talent Titans Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to manage RFQs and quotes. The role involves receiving and creating quotes, distributing them to clients, and updating order data in our ERP systems (D365 & SCINT). You will also download inquiries from multiple portals and handle related tasks under supervision of the Commercial Director.

The ideal candidate communicates fluently in English, has strong MS Excel skills, and works well under deadlines as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience handling RFQs and quotes under deadline.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle RFQs within the allocated time, including receiving, creating and distributing quotes to clients.
• Download customer inquiries and orders from portals and e-platforms (e.g., Ship-Serv, Sis Commerce, BaseNet, MarineLink, etc.).
• Update information and line items in the ERP system (D365 & SCINT).
• Perform other duties as requested by the Commercial Director or line manager.

• Download customer inquiry and orders from various internet-based customer portals & e-platforms (i.e. Ship-Serv, Sis Commerce, BaseNet, MarineLink, B2B, etc)
• Accurately update relevant information and line items in the company ERP system (D365 & SCINT)
• Perform any other duties as requested by the Commercial Director and/or line manager
• Good spoken and written English
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel)
• Able to work under constant deadline pressure
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
