Job summary

Tiong Nam Logistics (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and MHE handling in a fast-paced FMCG setting.

You will handle receiving and releasing cargo, cycle counts, and accurate order processing using SAP and WMS, with emphasis on safety and efficiency. IT-savvy with scanning systems is required, and occasional weekend work may be needed.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and meticulous in handling goods and paperwork.
• IT-savvy with experience using scanning systems.
• Ability to operate forklifts, VNAs, or reach trucks.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices.
• Willing to work Saturday and support on off-days/public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Run all warehouse operations (picking, handling, checking).
• Process orders - GR and GI in SAP and WMS.
• Liaise and coordinate with customers.
• Perform daily/monthly/quarterly cycle counts.
• Receive and release cargo.

• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and MHE management.

About the role

The warehouse assistant is responsible to run all the warehouse operation including picking, handling, checking, order processing, liaising with customers, cycle counts, receiving and releasing of cargo, put-away to bin locations, picking and consolidation, labelling, packing and QC checks, palletizing for export, warehouse housekeeping, and MHE management.
