Job summary

GOWELL TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant/Warehouseman to support daily receiving, checking, moving, storing, issuing and packing of materials. This hands-on role requires accuracy, safety, and the ability to perform routine warehouse duties efficiently.

You will receive goods from suppliers, verify part numbers and quantities against DOs and packing lists, update stock records, and assist with cycle counts while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• NITEC / Higher NITEC or equivalent.
• Relevant warehouse or forklift training is an advantage.
• Able to read basic documents such as PO, DO, packing list, labels, and part numbers.
• Fresh candidates with a good attitude may also be considered.
• Able to perform regular warehouse handling work, including moving goods and standing or walking during daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods from suppliers and couriers.
• Check part numbers, quantities, delivery orders, packing lists, and item condition.
• Report shortages, damages, wrong items, or delivery issues.
• Move, label, and store materials in the correct locations.
• Pick and issue materials to production, QC, engineering, or other departments.
• Support packing, repacking, loading, and unloading work when required.
• Maintain simple warehouse records and update stock movements when needed.
• Support cycle count and stock take.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow company safety rules and safe handling practices.

• Fresh candidates with a good attitude may also be considered.

• Computer skills are preferred.

• Able to perform regular warehouse handling work, including moving goods and standing or walking during daily operations.

• Forklift, pallet jack, or warehouse equipment experience is an advantage.

General

• Must follow all company safety and warehouse rules.

• Must report unsafe conditions, damaged goods, or equipment issues.

• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
