Job summary

Everllence Singapore is seeking a warehouse associate to handle receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch. You will update stock records in the WMS/ERP under supervision and participate in regular stock takes. The role requires 1–2 years’ warehouse experience, basic equipment handling, and a valid Singapore Forklift Operator License.

You’ll work in a safety-conscious team environment. Joining gives you a hands-on role in inventory control and contribution to efficient order fulfillment

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse/store experience preferred.
• Able to handle manual tasks and basic goods handling equipment.
• Valid Singapore Forklift Operator License and experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, and other equipment.
• Ability to work accurately under supervision and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, store, pick, and pack goods per warehouse guidelines.
• Assist in verifying incoming goods against delivery orders and report discrepancies or damages.
• Store materials in designated locations in an organized and safe manner.
• Prepare orders for dispatch and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
• Update stock records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP under supervision.
• Assist with regular inventory counts and stock takes.
• Maintain orderly storage conditions and proper handling practices.
• Comply with safety procedures and keep the warehouse clean and safe.
• Report any unsafe practices or damaged goods to the Warehouse Manager.
• Support internal customers in collection/issuance of spare parts and materials.
• Assist with goods returns and restocking activities as directed.
• Contribute to warehouse improvement initiatives and participate in training.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, checking, storing, picking, and packing of goods according to warehouse guideline.
• Assist in verifying incoming goods against delivery orders and report any discrepancies or damages immediately.
• Store materials in designated locations in an organized and safe manner.
• Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to internal and external customers.
• Accurately update stock records in the warehouse management system (WMS)or ERP system under supervision.
• Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and stock take activities.
• Maintain orderly storage conditions and ensure stock accuracy through proper handling practices.
• Comply with all safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment within the warehouse.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area.
• Promptly report any unsafe practices, incidents, or damaged goods to the Warehouse Manager.
• Support internal customers (e.g., service teams, workshop personnel) in the collection and issuance of spare parts and materials.
• Assist with goods returns and support re-stocking activities as directed.
• Support warehouse improvement initiatives by providing feedback on operational challenges and suggestions for efficiency enhancements.
• Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve skills relevant to warehouse operations.

Experience & Skills

• 1-2 years of relevant warehouse/store experience preferred.
• Ability to handle manual tasks and basic goods handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks).
• Ability to work accurately under supervision and as part of a team.
• Possession of a valid Singapore Forklift Operator License and prior experience operating forklifts, reach truck, and other warehouse material handling equipment.
