Job summary

APEX PHARMA MARKETING PTE. LTD. seeks a Warehouse Assistant to manage inventory, handle inbound and outbound goods, and ensure accurate order fulfilment in our Singapore facility. You will stock, pick, pack, and stage shipments according to SOPs, while maintaining tidy work areas and supporting warehouse operations.

Applicants should have at least N level or NiTEC, read and write English, and be able to lift 20kg. Forklift experience is a plus; senior candidates may be considered for Team Lead.

Qualifications

• Must have at least N Level or NiTEC.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to handle cartons weighing 20kg and above.
• Forklift operation experience is a plus.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Inventory control and movement of goods within the warehouse.
• Handle returned goods from customers.
• Pick and pack goods accurately for deliveries per SOPs.

Job Responsibilities

• Inventory Control and handling the movement of goods within the warehouse
• Handle returned goods from customers
• Pick and pack goods accurately for deliveries according to the SOPs
• Assist in carrying out collection and distribution when required
• Receive, check shipments, and store goods according to SOPs in an accurate manner
• Organise products and prepare space for inbound shipments ahead of shipment arrival
• Replenish goods onto shelves
• Proper housekeeping of assigned areas in the warehouse
• Any other tasks assigned by Warehouse Managers and Supervisors

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least "N" Level or NiTEC, in any field
• Able to read, write, and speak English
• Handle cartons weighing 20kg and above
• Being able to operate an electric stacker/forklift will be an added advantage
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Responsible and with attention to detail
• Experienced candidates may be considered for Senior Warehouse Assistant or Team Lead
