Job summary

EVERLLENCE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive warehouse assistant to ensure smooth receiving, storage, picking and packing of goods. You will work under supervision in a team and handle basic goods handling equipment with care.

You will maintain accurate stock records in WMS/ERP, participate in regular cycle counts, and support internal customers with spare parts and materials. Safety and tidy work areas are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant warehouse/store experience.
• Ability to handle manual tasks and basic goods handling equipment.
• Work accurately under supervision and as part of a team.
• Valid Singapore Forklift Operator License and prior forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, checking, storing, picking and packing of goods per guidelines.
• Verify incoming goods against delivery orders and report discrepancies or damages.
• Store materials in designated locations in an organized and safe manner.
• Prepare orders for dispatch with timely and accurate delivery to customers.
• Update stock records in WMS or ERP under supervision.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and stock takes.
• Maintain orderly storage and ensure stock accuracy.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean warehouse area.
• Report unsafe practices or damaged goods to the Warehouse Manager.
• Support internal customers in collection and issuance of spare parts and materials.
• Assist with returns and restocking as directed.
• Contribute to warehouse improvement initiatives with feedback.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, checking, storing, picking, and packing of goods according to warehouse guideline.
• Assist in verifying incoming goods against delivery orders and report any discrepancies or damages immediately.
• Store materials in designated locations in an organized and safe manner.
• Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to internal and external customers.
• Accurately update stock records in the warehouse management system (WMS)or ERP system under supervision.
• Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and stock take activities.
• Maintain orderly storage conditions and ensure stock accuracy through proper handling practices.
• Comply with all safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment within the warehouse.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area.
• Promptly report any unsafe practices, incidents, or damaged goods to the Warehouse Manager.
• Support internal customers (e.g., service teams, workshop personnel) in the collection and issuance of spare parts and materials.
• Assist with goods returns and support re-stocking activities as directed.
• Support warehouse improvement initiatives by providing feedback on operational challenges and suggestions for efficiency enhancements.
• Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve skills relevant to warehouse operations.

Experience & Skills

• 1-2 years of relevant warehouse/store experience preferred.
• Ability to handle manual tasks and basic goods handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks).
• Ability to work accurately under supervision and as part of a team.
• Possession of a valid Singapore Forklift Operator License and prior experience operating forklifts, reach truck, and other warehouse material handling equipment.
