Job summary

CBG Logistics (S) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Operations role to oversee the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods, ensuring efficient inventory management and accurate order fulfillment.

The role will involve implementing and maintaining warehouse management systems, coordinating with procurement and transport teams, enforcing safety standards, supervising staff, and producing reports to drive improvements in warehouse performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, storage and dispatch of goods to ensure efficient operations.
• Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) to optimize storage and streamline processes.
• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams for scheduled deliveries and stock levels.
• Enforce safety and health regulations within the warehouse, conduct safety audits and trainings.
• Manage warehouse staff including scheduling, training and performance reviews.
• Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels and order fulfillment.
• Liaise with transport and internal departments to resolve shipping/receiving issues for timely delivery.

• Liaisingwithtransport teamandinternaldepartmentstoresolveanyshippingorreceivingissues,ensuringtimelyandaccuratedeliveryofgoods.
