Job summary

FREIGHT MARK LOGISTICS (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a warehouse/fulfillment operator to support daily stock movements and order fulfilment in Singapore.

The role focuses on accurate inventory control, picking, packing, scanning, and using WMS/ERP systems; candidates must be physically fit and capable of handling heavy materials with MHE equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating MHE (Stacker, Order picker, Forklift).
• Ability to perform daily warehouse tasks (picking, packing, scanning).
• Familiarity with GR/GI in WMS/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Daily operation of the warehouse and designated storage areas.
• Responsible for all materials movements and inventory accuracy.
• Run warehouse operations: picking, packing, scanning, put-away, and order fulfilment.
• Perform monthly stock counts and yearly stock take to ensure high accuracy.
• Stock movements, inspection of goods, packaging materials management and staging.
• Enter system data (GR/GI) in WMS and ERP.
• Maintain housekeeping and handle ad-hoc tasks as required.

• Responsible for all materials movements and accuracy of inventory.
• Responsible for the running of the warehouse operation, picking and packing, scanning , put away and all order fulfilment activities.
• Perform monthly stock count and yearly stock take, ensure high accuracy level of inventory and accountability.
• Stock movements, inspection of goods, packaging materials management and staging of materials in a timely manner.
• Perform system entries on (GR/GI) in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP System.
• Perform regular housekeeping.
• Handling any other related ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
