Job summary

DHEVS SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. The role focuses on inventory control, staff supervision, and efficient shipping/receiving using WMS/ERP systems.

You will lead teams, review workflows for space optimization, enforce 5S and safety standards, and handle import/export documentation plus reporting to support operations performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations management including receiving, packing and dispatching.
• Supervisory skills to lead teams typically under 20 people.
• Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems and documentation processes.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and 5S practices.
