Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Admin to manage inventory records, process deliveries, and coordinate stock movements. Working at our Changi location, you will use SAP to maintain stock data, handle goods receipts and issues, prepare delivery orders and shipping documents, and support stock counts and audits.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in warehouse admin or logistics, with SAP experience and good documentation skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse administration or logistics.
• Must have experience in SAP system.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records and update stock movements using SAP system.
• Process goods receiving, goods issuing, and stock transfer documentation.
• Prepare delivery orders, invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock counts and inventory audits.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel, transport companies, suppliers, and customers regarding deliveries and shipments.
