MLS Logistics Services Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Admin to support daily distribution centre operations with data entry and system updates in SAP and in-house WMS.

You will extract reports, maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with warehouse teams, internal departments and external partners. This role suits detail-oriented individuals who can work independently in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level, NITEC or equivalent.
• Experience in administration, warehousing or logistics preferred.
• Proficient in data entry across multiple systems.
• Familiarity with SAP or warehouse management software advantageous.
• Basic Excel skills and ability to prepare reports.
• Detail-oriented with focus on inventory accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and follow up on tasks.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely and accurate data entry in SAP and in-house WMS software.
• Process system transactions for inbound, outbound, inventory transfers, returns and other warehouse activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and highlight any stock or system discrepancies.
• Extract and prepare operational and inventory reports from the systems.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing for warehouse transactions.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, internal departments, customers and other relevant stakeholders on daily operational matters.
• Follow up on incomplete transactions, missing documents and inventory discrepancies.
• Support inventory reconciliation, cycle counting and stock-taking activities when required.
• Follow all SOPs, Work Instructions (WIs), company policies and warehouse safety requirements.
• Provide general administrative support to the Distribution Centre Operations team.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
