Job summary

Zuellig Pharma is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Singapore to oversee operations ensuring accurate inventory management and compliance with GSDP and ISO standards. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management and at least 7 years of relevant experience in the industry, preferably within Pharmaceuticals or FMCG.

You will lead a team, optimize resource planning, and continuously improve warehouse processes to enhance operational efficiency. A strong grasp of SAP is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years relevant operational experience in Warehousing & Distribution, preferably in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or FMCG industries.
• Proven experience in leading teams of up to 50 staff.
• Strong inventory management expertise, including leading annual stock takes.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for overseeing Warehouse Operations to ensure accurate inventory management.
• Ensure full compliance with GSDP and ISO standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct monthly operations performance review meetings.
