Job summary

Biomed Global in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to accurately input and maintain inventory data, shipping records, and related warehouse information. The role focuses on timely order processing, reporting, and keeping organized filing systems both physically and electronically.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input and maintain inventory data, shipping records, and other warehouse-related information.
• Generate and distribute reports on inventory levels, order status, and other relevant metrics.
• Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and electronic).
• Assist with order processing, including generating packing slips and shipping labels.
• Resolve discrepancies in orders or shipments.
• Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate with warehouse staff, drivers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Relay important information regarding shipping, receiving, and inventory.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor and report on inventory levels.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and other documents.
• Order and maintain office supplies.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain records related to safety training and compliance.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
