Job summary

roffe international holdings pte. ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Specialist in Singapore to manage inbound receipt, GDPMDS compliance, and storage controls. You will monitor environmental conditions and ensure strict cold-chain integrity for sensitive items, while tracking batch and shelf-life using FEFO/FIFO.

The role covers cycle counts, stock movement logs, and coordination with 3PLs for timely delivery, plus support for promotions and stock replenishment across outlets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management is required or advantageous.
  • Familiarity with regulatory storage guidelines and GDPMDS is important.
  • Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and MS Excel for stock records.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments against purchase orders and shipping documents.
  • Ensure strict adherence to GDPMDS standards for proper storage, handling, and preservation of medical devices and reagents.
  • Monitor environmental storage conditions (temperature and humidity) to preserve cold-chain integrity for temperature-sensitive items.
  • Manage lot/serial numbers and track shelf-life using FEFO/FIFO logic.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to reconcile stock with ERP/WMS records.
  • Maintain accurate stock movement records, transfers, and adjustment logs.
  • Flag discrepancies, low stock, or nearing expiry dates to Logistics Manager and Procurement.
  • Pick, pack, and label daily B2C and B2B orders, coordinate stock transfers between warehouse and outlets.
  • Coordinate with 3PL providers and dispatchers for timely delivery; assist promoters with consignment stocking.

Job description

1. Warehouse Management & GDPMDS Compliance
  • Receive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments against purchase orders and shipping documents (packing lists, bills of lading).

  • Ensure strict adherence toGDPMDS standardsfor the proper storage, handling, and preservation of medical devices and reagents.

  • Monitor environmental storage conditions (temperature and humidity controls) to preserve strict cold-chain integrity for temperature-sensitive items (e.g., CGM sensors, test kits).

  • Manage lot/serial numbers and track product shelf-life/expiration dates (FEFO/FIFO logic).

2. Inventory Control & Reporting
  • Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with WMS/ERP system records.

  • Maintain and update accurate stock movement records, transfers, and stock adjustment logs.

  • Flag inventory discrepancies, low stock levels, or approaching expiry dates to the Logistics Manager and Procurement team.

3. Order Fulfillment & Distribution
  • Accurately pick, pack, and label daily B2C e-commerce orders and B2B clinic/wholesale orders.

  • Coordinate stock transfers between the main warehouse, retail outlets, and showroom locations.

  • Prepare products and coordinate with 3PL providers, courier services, and internal dispatchers for timely delivery.

  • Assist on-location promoters and retail teams with consignment stocking and replenishment.

4. General Warehouse Maintenance
  • Organize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization, picking paths, and material safety.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace environment adhering to local workplace safety regulations.

  • Perform ad-hoc logistics or warehouse duties as assigned by management.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience:Minimum 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management (Medical device, pharmaceutical, or retail logistics experience is highly advantageous).

  • Compliance Knowledge:Familiarity with GDPMDS (Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices) and standard regulatory storage guidelines.

  • System Skills:Experience using ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or internal stock systems) and proficiency in MS Excel for stock records.

  • Operational Capabilities:

    • High attention to detail regarding SKU identification, batch tracking, and document verification.

    • Physically capable of handling hands-on warehouse tasks (lifting, packing, organizing shelves).

    • Valid Forklift or Stacker Operator License is a plus.

  • Soft Skills:Strong teamwork, good organizational skills, proactive problem-solving mindset, and reliable communication.
