Qualifications

We are seeking a highly reliable and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to support our warehouse operations within a Life Science and Healthcare warehouse operation environment. This hands‑on role involves daily receiving, put‑away, storing, picking, dispatching orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team‑oriented attitude, delivering operational performance to achieve consistently high customer satisfaction.

This role will work closely with the Team Leader and/or Supervisor to ensure all customer and operational requirements are effectively met.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, put away, inspect and process incoming stocks
• Pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently
• Organize and maintain inventory in designated locations
• Conduct regular stock checks, perform cycle counts and assist in inventory audits
• Operate material handling equipment (MHE) as needed within the warehouse environment
• Report any damaged goods or inventory discrepancies to immediate superiors
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
• Follow all company policies, and health, safety, security and environment (HSSE) procedures
• Act as the ground operational member, ensuring daily operation activities are executed smoothly in accordance with business objectives
• Perform daily activities accurately and correctly to minimize operation errors
• Involve in continuous improvements to uphold operation performance
• Build strong working relationships with internal operation team members
• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and delivering performance

Job Requirements

• Minimum secondary education
• Basic English, Maths and Computer skills
• Good physical fitness, ability to lift and move heavy items, using appropriate equipment
• Good communication and attention to detail in warehouse operations
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
• Flexibility to work in various shifts including weekends and public holidays, if required
• Previous warehouse experience in Life Science and Healthcare is an advantage but not essential
• Forklift licence and experience driving Material Handling Equipment (MHE), but not essential
• Knowledge of warehouse management system (WMS), but not essential
