Job summary

JurongHealth Campus is seeking a Ward Service Associate to support daily ward operations and deliver exceptional patient care. You will work with the ward supervisor and colleagues to ensure smooth service, manage ward stock, and help schedule WSAs across wards.

Fresh graduates are welcome; a bachelor’s degree and a strong service mindset are preferred. You will contribute to quality improvements and nursing-related projects in a collaborative hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification; fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the Ward Service Associate team to uphold high service standards and patient care.
• Collaborate with ward supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations and positive patient experience.
• Assist in managing ward stock and supplies to support efficient operations.
• Oversee deployment and scheduling of WSAs within wards.
• Supervise WSAs to meet patients' nutritional and dietary needs per guidelines.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to improve service delivery.
