• Assist in achieving the revenue target by upselling and recommending menu items to guests.
• Assist and recommend ways to reduce wastage and efficient use of resources.
• Ensure guests are properly served and ensure that staff express courtesy, efficiency in dealing with guests.
• Ensure a harmonious working relationship between colleagues with proper and fair distribution of workload.
