Job summary

CHING SEAFOOD 2021 PTE. LTD. oversees daily restaurant operations in Singapore, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth service. This role focuses on supervising staff, upskilling juniors, and promoting excellent guest experiences.

You will lead shifts, coach team members, and drive menu upselling while controlling wastage and costs to support revenue goals, all in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all activities within the department are conducted properly.
• Coordinate and brief team members daily at the start of each shift.
• Ensure daily operations run in an orderly and proper manner.
• Provide guidance and training to junior staff to achieve guest satisfaction.
• Assist in achieving revenue targets by upselling and recommending menu items.
• Suggest ways to reduce wastage and promote efficient resource use.
• Ensure guests are served courteously and staff interact with efficiency.
• Maintain harmonious working relationships and fair workload distribution.
