Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure all department activities are in proper order.
• Coordinate and brief team members daily during each shift.
• Ensure daily operations run in an orderly and proper manner.
• Provide guidance and training to junior staff to achieve guest satisfaction.
• Assist in achieving revenue targets by upselling and recommending menu items to guests.
• Assist and recommend ways to reduce wastage and use resources efficiently.
• Ensure guests are properly served and staff show courtesy and efficiency in dealing with guests.
• Maintain harmonious working relationships between colleagues with fair workload distribution.
