Qualificações

• Degree in HR, business administration, organizational psychology, data analytics or related field.
• Extensive experience in Organization Development or Strategic Workforce Planning.
• Proven ability to translate talent data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills across leadership levels.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement group-wide organization development initiatives.
• Drive organization design, culture transformation, and change management programs.
• Lead enterprise workforce analytics and predictive insights.
• Leverage GenAI and data tools for workforce modeling and scenario planning.
• Oversee year-end Performance & Promotions exercises with fair, calibrated outcomes.
• Manage the bankwide employee engagement survey lifecycle and analytics.
• Lead Wellbeing Framework initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
