Qualifikationen

5-10 years of experience in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Strategy, COO, Business Management, Product Management, Digital Transformation or similar roles.

Aufgaben

Digital Strategy & Transformation: Support development and execution of IB's digital transformation roadmap; identify opportunities to simplify processes and automate workflows.
Product & Platform Management: Partner with business users to enhance platforms like FIX Core and FIX Marketplace; gather requirements and manage delivery.
AI & Innovation: Identify and implement practical AI use cases across Investment Banking; coordinate pilot initiatives and promote adoption.
CRM & Client Intelligence: Support evaluation and design of a new CRM platform; consolidate client data into a unified view.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior management, product heads, bankers, sales, technology, operations, finance, compliance and risk teams.
Planning & Governance: Support budgeting, monitor delivery and maintain governance standards.
