Job summary

OCBC is seeking a hands-on digital HR leader to bridge HR, data, and technology. You will own HR digital platforms, drive AI-enabled improvements, and collaborate across risk, governance, and technology teams to scale adoption and ensure secure, scalable solutions.

You will lead Workday ecosystem management, integrations, and analytics, shaping the future of HR in a banking environment while enabling predictive, data-led decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in Workday ecosystem management or HRIS.
• Experience in banking or regulated environments would be advantageous.
• Strong Workday HCM configuration, security, and lifecycle knowledge.
• Experience with Workday Extend and integrations (EIB, PECI, PICOF, Studio, APIs).
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable HR platform solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery, optimization, and ongoing enhancements of core HR digital platforms (Workday HCM, custom apps).
• Design and deploy integrations using Workday Extend; oversee EIB, PECI, PICOF, Studio, and Web Services.
• Identify, test, and deploy AI-enabled improvements for HR service delivery.
• Architect advanced dashboards and analytics for workforce insights and planning.
• Oversee deployment, testing, release readiness, and stabilization for bi-annual Workday updates.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and change-enablement activities.
