Job summary

Bank of America in Singapore is seeking an experienced regional voice operations engineer to support NICE voice technology, manage deployments during migrations, and provide L3 engineering support for critical issues.

The role requires deep knowledge of NICE Voice recording, IPC Trading systems, and Trading Floor telecom technologies, with 10–15 years IT experience. You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams, and be available for occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and hands-on experience with NICE Voice recording system and IPC Trading system.
• Experience in the financial/banking industry preferred.
• Typically 10–15 years of IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Solid NICE Voice recording and Voice Engineering Operations/Engineering experience.
• Regional Voice recording engineer supporting L3 of Engineering.
• Migration and upgrades of Voice recording and Trading Floor voice apps.
