Job summary

OVERSEA-CHINESE BANKING CORPORATION LIMITED is seeking a Voice Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and support voice and collaboration platforms across Avaya, Microsoft Teams, Cisco UC, and Ribbon/Sonus SBC. The role emphasizes automation, API development, and CI/CD integration for reliable, scalable infrastructure.

You will manage Unix/Linux and Windows Server environments, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery readiness, while mentoring juniors and driving standardization

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams and voice infrastructures.
• 3–5 years designing or operating high-availability voice infrastructures.
• Experience with redundancy, failover, clustering, and disaster recovery for UC systems.
• Hands-on exposure to multi-site or hybrid voice deployments.
• Experience with automation and configuration tools: Cisco XML, Ansible, Puppet, UiPath, Python.
• Experience with Jenkins integration for CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Unix/Linux systems, Windows Server, IIS, and cloud orchestration platforms.
• Design, build, and implement automation across voice and collaboration platforms.
• Develop APIs and end-to-end automation workflows for provisioning and operations.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Create and maintain scripts to eliminate repetitive tasks and enable self-service.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery activities and resiliency planning.
• Troubleshoot complex multi-product voice environments across Cisco, Avaya, Teams, Ribbon SBC, Verba.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives.
