Job summary

OCBC Bank is seeking an experienced VP-level AI Product Builder to own the product roadmap for AI solutions within the OCBC AI Lab. You will drive rapid AI prototyping, coordinate with data science squads, and ensure production-ready deployment that meets security and reliability standards.

Partner with business, product, and engineering teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. Build scalable AI capabilities while balancing speed and long-term sustainability.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on background in Data Science or applied AI.
• 7-10 years of product management experience including feature ownership or roadmap delivery.
• Experience building solutions from concept to prototype, with exposure to production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Advise business chiefs on AI product vision, roadmap, and success metrics from ideation to production.
• Translate business needs into clear outcomes and technical direction.
• Balance rapid experimentation with long-term scalability and sustainability.
• Design prototypes with production deployment in mind and ensure alignment with security and reliability standards.
• Partner with data scientists, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to share reusable patterns and best practices.
