Job summary

OCBC (Singapore) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives across the bank. You will drive project lifecycles, partner with stakeholders, and manage scope, timeline, and resources to deliver value for customers and the organization.

You will need a strong background in project management within banking/financial services, plus skills in analytics, communication, and agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Agile and adaptable, with a strong ability to navigate ambiguity and change.
• Certified in project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycles from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
• Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and identify deliverables.
• Coordinate project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
