Job summary

OCBC (Singapore) seeks an experienced Technology Program Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead strategic Risk and Finance technology initiatives across the Bank. You will drive large-scale programs from initiation to implementation, ensuring regulatory alignment and business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, finance, accounting, business or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience, at least 5 years in large-scale tech programs in banking/finance.
• Proven ability to deliver complex Risk/Finance/Regulatory projects with governance and budgeting expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large and complex technology programs across Risk, Finance, Regulatory Reporting, Data, and Enterprise platforms.
• Define scope, objectives, success criteria, benefits realization, and delivery strategy with stakeholders.
• Develop plans, budgets, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and roadmaps.
• Govern programs with risk, issue, change, governance, and reporting processes.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and smooth transition to operations.
